A multi-faceted research and advocacy project exploring environmental, legal, and community-based solutions to preserve the Great Salt Lake.
Worked with a local company to improve logistics, streamline delivery operations, and implement practical business solutions through real-time consulting.
My final capstone focused on crisis leadership strategies in small businesses and luxury estate management. It included a full crisis management plan, leadership model, and stakeholder engagement guide.
